GRANITE RIDGE provides specialized programs for Alzheimer and Dementia care; High intensity needs and palliative services.
The facility offers a home-like atmosphere to both residents and staff by the creation of unique Resident Home Areas which we call "houses" to meet the diverse needs of those with dementia and other health care needs.
