What is deemed an Emergency?
1. Water penetration in a major way
2. Loss of heat, hot water or major electrical or a plumbing leak
3. Anything deemed hazardous to the homeowner’s safety
4. Sewer backup
TARION NEW HOME WARRANTY FORMS
30 DAY FORM – YEAR END FORM – SECOND YEAR FORM
These forms are in your Dacon New Home Information Binder which you received from Dacon at your Pre-Occupancy Inspection.
Please follow submission guidelines on the applicable Tarion Forms. Also mail Dacon a copy of each Form submitted to Tarion. The After Sales Service Department will be in contact with you to set up an appointment.
SEVEN YEAR TARION WARRANTY
The Seven Year New Home Warranty is handled directly by Tarion.
